Eligibility for Return:

We want you to shop with confidence. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging and tags intact.

• Proof of purchase/order confirmation is mandatory.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Customized or personalized jewellery

• Engraved products

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

• Items purchased during special sales or clearance offers

Damaged or Wrong Product:

If you receive:

• A damaged item

• Wrong product

• Missing item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order number

• Unboxing video

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• Customers may need to pay the price difference for higher-value exchange items.

Refund Policy:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

Return Shipping:

• In case of defective or incorrect products, return shipping charges will be borne by DIAMIRA JEWELS.

• For all other return reasons, customers may need to bear the return shipping cost.

Cancellation Policy:

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
